I realize I should be green over these elaborate homes but, most of them are just plain old ugly ostentatious. The very stark modern ones look more like airports than homes and the McMansions are just stupid big and fake-y looking. I dunno. I just don’t do the elaborate thing, I guess. I look at those and think about having to clean that many toilets or mow that many acres of lawn. And yes, yes I know they have “people” to do that for them. I just can’t fathom it. Good help is hard to find and I just know I would end up having to do it myself. So join me in feel grateful we live in less than 5,000 SF homes. SILVER LINING to being ordinary working folk.
