		<description>Did news of Monday&#039;s upcoming review contest leak out somewhere?  Money talks, bs walks (or drops, I hear).  Charging an average of 4 cents a day to run an ad really did scare off most of the riffraff.  Those spending the money are also more careful and don&#039;t buy ads on splogs.  The spammers are welcome to buy ads, but they still have to get approval from each site owner.  CMF ADS doesn&#039;t create credits from thin air, nor do we tax publishers.  They receive their full ad price from all ads running.  That&#039;s how you change marketing forever.</description>
