So why did I use Mira Sorvino for the banner pic?  Hmmmm?  There’s a reason.  Try figuring it out.  And look at me, I did another good song!  Stupid video though.  Why did Green Day need to walk to the airport?  Like, walking to the airport would not help the person you are going to pick up.  If my three skinny pals came to get me and told me they didn’t even have a car, I would get a cab and not bring them with me.  Which, if you look at the video, seems to be what happened to them.

Also, what’s with the first guy?  He’s wearing socks with sandals (I still think that’s ok to do) and he’s combing his hair.  The rest of the people in the video and their constant looking at each other don’t interest me.  But that hair combing guy…there’s something wrong with him.

Nothing wrong with Mira Sorvino, though!  Video and Lyrics after the jump!

Green Day – When I Come Around

I heard you crying loud,
all the way across town
You’ve been searching for that someone,
and it’s me out on the prowl
As you sit around feeling sorry for yourself
Don’t get lonely now
Dry your whining eyes
I’m just roaming for the moment
Sleazin’ my back yard so don’t get so uptight
you been thinking about ditching me
No time to search the world around
Cause you know where I’ll be found
When I come around
I heard it all before
So don’t knock down my door
I’m a loser and a user so I don’t need no accuser
to try and slag me down because I know I’m right
So go do what you like
Make sure you do it wise
You may find out that your self doubt means nothing
was ever there
You can’t go forcing something if it’s just not right
No time to search the world around
Cause you know where I’ll be found
When I come around (2x)
When I come around (7x)
