I only have like, two minutes to do this so screw you people and your wanting clever banner pics and captions. My buddy sent me this (not the gay kind of buddy) and it’s the funniest thing I have seen on Funny or Die since I died from watching something on there that wasn’t funny.
There is a shit fuck ass ton of swearing in this. It’s not safe for people at work or not wearing headphones or deaf. Actually, you deaf people will not think it’s funny, and the people around you will be offended – so you are sort of double screwed. Good thing you have super strength to make up for it. Anyway – Here it is!
When your boyfriend, husband or significant other does something that makes you angry, don’t give in to the temptation to argue and fight. Just count to ten, remain calm and, after he goes to bed, super-glue his flip flops to the floor.
I could watch this one over and over.
Oh, wait a minute. I have!

So here we are: the end of October and all 31 Scary Things videos are published. By the way, why isn’t October the eighth month? That bothers me greatly. Anyhoodle, you have now seen all 31 but you are only voting on the last eleven. I think I will make one final poll with the three winners of the previous polls duking it out. So make your vote count. But first, let’s review the last videos so they are fresh in your mind.
- Creepy Dolls
- Helplessness
- Conspiracies
- Falling
- Hotels
- Zombies
- The Dark
- Satan
- Serial Killers
- Pain
- Death
I think I have to vote for Hotels as being the scariest of this bunch. I stayed at this “historic” hotel on Michigan Avenue in Chicago once and the floor above the one I was staying was rented out to a psychiatric facility. It was a bit…noisy. And the wallpaper was different on every wall.
Well, it is about two thirds of the way through the most awesome month of October and you know what that means: the next showdown of the 31 Scary Things video series. As we move through the month, the subjects get progressively scarier and Acadia’s take on them gets more twisted. Because I am a lovely, giving person I have yet again linked the videos in contention for you. Watch them again please, so you can vote with full confidence as to which is the best. I will wait here while you partake of the wonder that is the Superficial Gallery’s youtubity.
I know of several people who are scared of clowns; I never understood it, but I know it is common. Haunted cars, though? Maybe I am just unaware of this one as I don’t watch horror movies. Hydroplaning feels a bit like my car is haunted and that’s pretty scary. Hmmm. Well, let me know down in the poll.

You may have seen this on College Humor or some other site. It’s a parody of the Barenaked Ladies’ song “One Week”. The guy who sings it is pretty mad at the song. And the parody has some good moments. But ultimately, it is a failure. Why? Cause he could not get the cadence right. The spots where he blows it are painfully obvious. A couple times he tries to make songs have more syllables than they really have. And other times he does that thing like in “we are the champions” where he crams too many words in “fameandfortuneandeverythingthatgoeswithit”.
Why does that matter? Cause he is making fun of the way they wrote the song and the lyrics they chose. He is implying that they have no skill. Maybe he is right, but if he cannot match the cadence syllable for syllable, then he is opening himself up to harsh criticism and a kick in the scrote. Did this video get more views in a day than my whole site does in a week (or a month?) maybe, but the guy still failed. I’m so bitter.
