I’ve been hearing snippets about Elektra Luxx recently and, after giggling about the name for about seven solid minutes*, finally decided to actually look it up.  Googling can be strenuous, you know, when you’re as lazy as I am.  So it appears there are two films, Women in Trouble and the sequel, Elektra Luxx .  Carla Gugino plays Elektra Luxx in both, a porn star supposedly based upon a real person.  Potential spoiler alert:  Her life goes haywire when she becomes pregnant.  I can see how this can be an issue for a woman working in porn but I feel like she just hasn’t explored all her options.  Pregnant porn is quite the niche fetish.  If you can think of it, it exists.

Anyway, Women in Trouble is a day-in-the-life dark comedy with an ensemble cast about the lives/dramas of ten women in the LA area and I guess Elektra Luxx is only about…her?  Remember, I’m a lazy Googler.  The fact they are billed as a dark comedy has my attention.

She has a pretty impressive resume spanning the last two decades.  It amused me she has had roles on Alf, Doogie Howser, M.D., Saved by the Bell, Who’s the Boss? and The Wonder Years.  I’m easily amused, of course.

In other news, she rocks the blonde and I covet those boots muchly.  We have over 600 pictures of this gorgeous, talented creature in her album.  Her tongue album has only one sad lonely picture.  If you have another/more pictures of her tongue, please oh lard, please send them in.  I’ll be your BFF.
