What motivates you to do what you do?

Executive Producers ensure that these stories are told on screen – in a sense, this aspect of my job is a cathartic act.

Share a practical tip for a woman who wants to do what you do.
To develop yourself as an Executive Producer know that many decisions are anchored on your experience (and, your intuition)….know how to manage logistics, timetables and expenses of a project and be adept with acquisition of talent, equipment, and materials.
Inspire someone who is not where they want to be in the industry yet.
